Our Sectors

Five disciplines —
one operating philosophy.

Accept Global is organised around five core sectors of the digital and physical economy. Each is a long-term commitment. Each is supported by a dedicated operating business — or a portfolio of them.

01 / Software Engineering Software engineering
Sector 01

Software Engineering

A senior-led engineering practice that builds the software infrastructure powering every Accept Global business — and, selectively, for external partners.

Our engineering organisation is the backbone of the group. From core commerce platforms and payment systems to internal tooling and logistics software, we design, build, and operate the entire stack in-house. Source code, architecture, and every discovery made are the exclusive intellectual property of Accept Global.

The team combines deep South Asian talent with a global remote operating framework — keeping senior reviewers in the loop and turning around work at standards more commonly seen in top-tier international firms.

  • Full-stack product development
  • Distributed systems & APIs
  • Payments & fintech infrastructure
  • Marketplace & commerce platforms
  • Cloud architecture & DevOps
  • Data engineering & analytics
02 / Financial Technology Fintech
Sector 02

Financial Technology

Payments, merchant infrastructure, and cross-border settlement — designed for resilience, compliance, and customer trust.

Our fintech work sits at the intersection of commerce and trade. We build the rails that move money between merchants, customers, and international partners — integrating gateways, managing reconciliation, and operating merchant accounts at scale across the group.

The same infrastructure that clears a cart on one of our marketplaces also settles a container of imports and funds a supplier overseas. It is a unified, compliant layer that turns multiple businesses into one financial system.

  • Payment gateway integrations
  • Merchant onboarding & KYC
  • Cross-border settlement
  • Reconciliation & treasury
  • Fraud detection & risk
  • Compliance & reporting
03 / E-commerce E-commerce
Sector 03

E-commerce

Digital marketplaces and consumer retail platforms at national and regional scale — serving more than one million customers across B2B and direct-to-consumer formats.

E-commerce is where the group first established itself and remains our largest operating surface. Our platforms range from wholesale B2B commerce for retailers to national consumer marketplaces and direct-to-consumer brands — each built on the same internal infrastructure and operated to the same standards of uptime, payment security, and customer service.

The award-winning WholesaleCart platform is the flagship. OnesaleMart serves retail consumers at national scale, while AzobShop operates a curated direct-to-consumer format.

  • B2B marketplace (WholesaleCart)
  • Retail marketplace (OnesaleMart)
  • Direct-to-consumer (AzobShop)
  • Merchant & vendor operations
  • Catalogue & product data
  • Customer service at scale
04 / Import & Export International trade
Sector 04

Import & Export

International trade operations spanning sourcing, customs, settlement, and cross-border distribution — with established corridors across four countries.

Our trade arm connects South Asian retailers and consumers with verified international suppliers — particularly across China, India, the UAE, and the United States. We manage the full corridor: supplier qualification, negotiated pricing, letters of credit, consolidation, customs clearance, and last-mile handoff to our logistics network.

Because the trade business shares infrastructure with our commerce and fintech operations, our international customers and merchants benefit from end-to-end visibility, compliant settlement, and a single accountable counterparty.

  • Supplier sourcing & qualification
  • Letters of credit & settlement
  • Customs & documentation
  • Freight consolidation
  • Quality inspection
  • Corridor management (CN · IN · AE · US)
05 / Logistics Logistics
Sector 05

Logistics & Fulfilment

End-to-end logistics — freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and shipment visibility — purpose-built for cross-border commerce.

Operated through our ShipBaz platform, the logistics business closes the loop for the entire group. Every shipment entering our trade corridors, every order placed on our marketplaces, and every parcel a direct-to-consumer customer receives passes through logistics we control.

We combine owned last-mile capacity with selected freight partners — coordinated by software we built ourselves. Customers see a single tracking experience; operators see a single operational system.

  • Freight forwarding (air / sea / land)
  • Warehousing & fulfilment
  • Last-mile delivery
  • Live shipment tracking
  • Returns & reverse logistics
  • Customs brokerage

Interests beyond
our five core sectors.

Alongside the five disciplines above, Accept Global maintains selective interests in lifestyle and fashion (OneHue), luxury travel technology (TripEver), and long-term partnerships with vetted operators across South Asia. These are measured commitments — entered only when they materially compound one of our core sectors.
